You are the channel of the divine, the real, the ultimate ... into the mundane. You bring the higher light into this dense realm ... and you express the greatest truths and the deepest beauty in the process.

Say that you have it and you do! Believe it's yours and it is! Realize that you are a master and you are. Decide you know the answer and you do.

Nothing is just what it seems. Decide what you want it to be for you and it's that. Walk on water. Breathe it in. Swim in the earth ... How? Decide. Believe. Know it as so and it is. Don't try to change it. See it already done. Play any instrument. Speak another language. Heal the sick. Turn water into wine. How? The same. Decide! Believe! See it! Know it as so! Require it to be ... and it is.

Everything that is, moves and changes. Life is a dance of energies, probabilities, choices ...

Everything is part of that flow. It can be seen in every movement, felt in each moment, and heard in each sound. You know this. With every breath, you revel in the dance. It flows and you flow with it. It changes and you change within it. Your every gesture flows within extant patterns. You understand the dance better than your own body and you demonstrate that understanding again and again, in all that you do. You sense it and you shape it by dancing with it.

You know that there is only the dance ... and you joyfully and gracefully dance with it.

Life is a game; it's like a movie. The actors in a movie don't really get hurt or die. The blood is fake. The monsters are animated. When it ends, everyone goes home to their families.

Reading of natural disasters or human atrocities, it's easy to forget this simple truth. Seeing the people you care about go through difficult times, you want to believe in tragedy. But you remember that none of it's real. It's just a movie, a game. Relax. None of it's real.

Notice everything whether it seems "good" or "bad", "right" or "wrong". Notice it. Pay attention. Celebrate. Be present. See, hear and feel it all. Just don't take it seriously.

This node sits at the center of the circle of the truths because it is the most important. It is the center of your existence.

All that you came to this life to do and to experience is here. The other eight nodes only have value when this one is strong. It is your guts, your throne, your joy center, your heart and your third mind. It is you, as you as you can be in this lifetime. Integrity, power, truth, self-awareness, love, your gifts, your desires, your dreams ... they all sit here. If you do nothing else in your lifetime, do this. It is the center of everything you do. It's apparent in the way you move, dance, sing, play, work, sense or shape. You know that without intensity life becomes grey and bleak, lacking color, texture, warmth, flavor and emotion. With it, all the richness and depth of experience is available to you.

The greater your intensity, the more beautiful, powerful and amazing your life.

Your will defines the shape of your world.

You have the people and things you do in your life because YOU put them there. You decided and worked to make them real and they are. What you set your will to, you can accomplish. You know this and take responsibility.

If a thing isn't right for you, you strive to change it. If it is, you celebrate the work you did to make it possible. Your decisions and actions have shaped your reality. You know this, you celebrate it and you continue to work to improve it.

Life is a game, a ride at an amusement park.

Play with it and throughout it. Don't get serious, grumpy or afraid. Every thought you think, emotion you feel and action you take from fear weakens you, destroys you a little, binds and cages you.
