Waking up is messy. While you are sleeping, the things in your subconscious and the habits you have from a lifetime come up. The stuff inside gets out of control.
It is very tempting to hit that snooze button, or roll over to go back to sleep. If you hit snooze and let the messy stuff have at your system for longer, it doesn't help, it makes you feel a lot worse. The most important thing you can do at this point is to take charge of your life. Set an alarm clock for a particular time, and then every day at that time, as soon as the alarm clock goes off, you get up. Wake up, exercise, eat, make your decisions, whatever you do in mornings.
