There are no accidentally extra-ordinary people. People who can speak an astounding amount of languages, they did it by going out and learning a language, looking like an idiot sometimes, and doing all the work. Even Mozard, born with a natural ear for music, sat down at a piano and played hours a day learning to play, how the music was written out, how different instruments play together. He was extra-ordinary ... but it wasn't an accident.
There are potentially extra-ordinary people, and there are circumstances that allow us, sometimes, to be far more than human. But these are only potentialities. The difference between an ordinary and extra-ordinary person, is the extra-ordinary person works at it. No matter what the field, if you want to be the best, you make a commitment and put the work into it.
